ENGAGING THE WORD
Weekly Pastor-led Bible Studies
As a protestant, interdenominational church, we value the Bible as the revelatory collection of ancient books, letters, laws, poems, and stories that guides us and gives us meaning in our faith and practice. We also value the diversity of emphases and interpretations within the Christian faith as a whole and from our own denominational traditions. We strive to be biblically literate, theologically articulate, and spiritually mature.
We believe that the reading of the Bible and internalization of its meanings is a vital spiritual practice for followers of Christ, so every week our pastors lead a few group Bible studies that are open to adults of all ages. These Bible studies are thorough readings and conversations about the history, context, theology, and meaning in scriptural texts. If you are interested in deeper engagement with the Bible, please join us for these studies.
